Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, with delivery a further 2–5 business days.
Do you offer returns?
Yes — unused pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. See Shipping & Returns.
Are your pieces handmade?
Many are made or finished by hand in small batches, so slight variations in tone and texture are natural and part of their character.
How do I care for my pieces?
Care varies by material — most stoneware is dishwasher-safe, linens are machine-washable cold, and wood and marble prefer a wipe clean. Care notes are on each product page.
