How your order gets to you, and what to do if it isn’t right.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are packed plastic-free and dispatched within 1–2 business days; delivery typically takes a further 2–5 business days.

• Standard shipping is a flat $6.99
• Complimentary shipping on orders over $120
• You’ll receive tracking by email as soon as your order ships

Returns

If a piece isn’t right for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

To start a return, email support@felixhomeco.store with your order number and we’ll send a prepaid label. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
